Join us for an afternoon of sweet tooth fun as we learn about and experience the rich and buttery flavours of timeless French classic treats.
Whether you're a long-time fan or trying them for the first time, this immersive demonstration with Loïc Malfait of Satiate Artisan will satisfy your cravings as you watch Loïc create the deliciously indulgent tarte tatin, apricot bordaloue and lemon tart and you’ll be tasting everyone of them.
The demonstration will begin with a glass of bubble, teas and coffees and some baked treats made by Loïc.
Your senses will then be taken on an adventure as Loïc makes the classic tarts in front of you and your tastebuds will be dancing with each mouthful as you taste them.
You’ll receive a recipe card so that you can recreate these culinary wonders at home.
Loïc is a classically trained pastry and cuisine chef who honed his skills in various fine establishments in France and London before joining an internationally renowned culinary school where he taught French cuisine and patisserie to thousands of students, giving demonstrations on television and all around the globe.
Loïc now shares his passion for all things food at his cookery school, Satiate Artisan, located in beautiful Norfolk countryside in the village of Beeston.
