Launching in the first week of May 2023 we are delighted to announce The Stables Gym at Royal Norwich.
Our brand new TechnoGym Cardio, Weights and Resitance Equipment is designed to give our members even more opportunites to add to their Royal Norwich story.
Whether warming up for your game of golf or an avid gym user we have a fully fitted suite giving you everything you need to move your fitness journey forward!
Our TechnoGym equipment also has live classes so that you can work out and keep motivated with others with access to a number of virtual workouts that give you the confidence to train how you want to with the best instruction available.
Our equipment has built-in entertainment screens to keep you motivated during your workout. Catch up with your latest TV shows on Netflix. With your smart device and bluetooth connection you can enjoy TV, and music while you train, or even create personalised workout routines and set your own goals.
